I subscribed to a month-to-month plan of Adobe CC Illustrator. However, I can not cancel it. Following are the screenshots:
After clicking "Manage plan", I come to this page directly. There is no link to "cancel" the plan.

I follow the guide exactly but can not find the page with "cancel" and "upgrade" buttons.

This is an open forum, not Adobe support... You need Adobe support to cancel a subscription

Still I can not find the "cancel" button from all the sources. The support person said he cancelled for me. Will try to check charging status later.

Hi,
When I checked I found that your Adobe® Illustrator® CC (month-to-month) subscription was not correctly cancelled. It was still showing Active somehow. I have cancelled it now so your card will not get charged now for this particular subscription.

Hi Kanok,
I see two subscriptions on your account at present-
CCI - Illustrator - M2M, order placed on 02/18/15
CCI - Photoshop - M2M, order placed on 02/24/15
Could you please let me know which one you want me to cancel?
Note: Once cancelled it cannot be re-activated. You will have to place a new order if in case you want to use it in future.

Hi Kanok,
I found two orders associated with your email address-
Adobe® Illustrator® CC (month-to-month), placed on 02/18/15 and Adobe® Photoshop® CC (month-to-month), placed on 02/24/15. Both the orders show 'Cancelled' at the moment.

Hi,
My semester just ended and I would like to cancel my month-to-month Creative Cloud subscription. Even though my country (US) is not on the list of countries that require contacting support for cancellation, all the links lead to some form of contacting support with no option for online cancellation. If necessary, I will try Chat, but I am hopeful you can take care of this for me here on the forum. Any help is much appreciated.
