HELP! Problem with the book license in Ipad

I can not download (pdf  book  ) to my Ipad. Error message: "" Error Getting License W_ADEPT_CORE_WRONG_DEVICE "I've tried at Itunes, but works only on PC..

Which programm you used to try to open the eBook on you iPad?

I Try Adobe Digital Edition (Pc and Ipad) and Bluefire Reader (Pc and Ipad) , but don't work.
