I cannot download books to my kobo e-reader.  The error 'no permission to copy the book' or 'CE_COPY_NOT_ALLOWED'. I have changed my laptop, which is still using my adobe ID, and the kobo is also new but now recognised by adobe.  Can anyone help sort this out as I cannot download my library onto the kobo device.

Have you on both device used the same Adobe ID?

Can you open the eBook on Digital Edition?

Yes to both questions.  The authorisation is the same and I can read them in Adobe Digital Editions, but still they won't download to the device.
