je voudrais savoir quoi faire car j'ai tout essayer et vu que le probleme viens de adobe, je viens a vous aujourd'hui pour avoir de l'aide.

Have you installed both Flash Player ActiveX (for Internet Explorer) and plugin (for other browsers)?

• Flash Player for ActiveX (Internet Explorer)
• Flash Player Plug-in (All other browsers)

Hi,

This may happen because of a certificate issuw. The online  installer uses the SHA256 certificate, which may not be compatible with a computer that is running Windows Vista SP2.  If the offline installer does not work (the link posted by Pat), and this is your setup, and update to your operating system is available at https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/2763674‌

Il avait auparavant été de mentionner un plugin web défaut.
