Kan inte koppla äldre ADE med nytt Adobe-ID.

Jag har en äldre version av ADE som är kopplad till en emailadress som jag inte längre använder. Nyligen skapade jag ett nytt Adobe-ID (eftersom jag inte använder mig av min gamla hotmail längre). Det nya ID använde jag för att kunna läsa en inköpt E-bok på min Ipad. Försökte ändra auktoriseringen av mitt konto i ADE men det går inte. Avinstallerade programmet och uppdaterade det, men den är fortfarande kopplad till det gamla Id. När jag försöker avauktorisera den kommer texten "Unable to Erase Authorization. Please try after some time. Har försökt massor med gånger utan att lyckas. Hur svårt kan det vara att få ADE att fungera med mitt nuvarande Adobe ID???

Macintosh:

  1. Open Adobe Digital Wditions.
  2. Press Command+Shift+D to deauthorize Adobe Digital Editions.
  3. Select Erase Authorization.
  4. Click OK and quit Adobe Digital Editions.
  5. Navigate to /Users//Library/Application Support/Adobe/Digital Editions and drag the activation.dat file to the trash.
    If you are using 10.7, see Access hidden library files | Mac OS 10.7 and later.
  6. Open Adobe Digital Editions and reauthorize.

Tack så mycket. Det fungerade alldeles utmärkt även om texten inte riktigt stämde. Jag vet inte om det har att göra med att jag har Windows 10 och att
rådet gäller Windows 7. Vilken lättnad! Jättetack!
