Can't install flash player - when I double click on it nothin happens.  Any ideas? URGENT

Hi, Maria:

Installing xp sp3 had a problem with the language (Spanish) and I could not update. I got to do it in English but the Pc modeonly worked in tests. So I had to initialize again.

So I could not solve the problem.
TIP: included in the installation requirements "for WXP SP3."
