Just a moment ago Flash Player DMG appeared on my desktop. Also CarbonCore appeared. A similar question indicated Flash was on V 18..... This one is 17 MG (wow), dated 12/23. I'm attaching a screen shot and after pressing space ar.
The post continued to suggest running a terminal command. I wasn't sure whether to add a space or not. Here's both results:.

("My-computer" and "username" replaced the real information.
Because it seems old, I put it in trash.
I saw further information, but I didn't even understand the questions or comments.
I've got El Capitan, A Macbook Pro 13" late 2011, and a Honda Civic (it sometimes feels I need to provide my blood type.)
