Why is there no way to print all even or all odd pages without entering each individual page number?

Forced by Microsoft to install Windows 10, now trying to use Adobe Reader and there doesn't seen to be a way to select all even or all odd pages nor a way to reverse pages any more. I tried to install a different reader and the computer says I have a newer version and won't install. Why is there no way to print all even or all odd pages without entering each individual page number?
