Where can I find flash player debugger for windows 7 x64, all the versions on the Adobe site its for windows 8.

Hi,

The Flash Player debugger for Windows 7 links are right above the links for Windows 8.  They are all listed in your screenshot.  The Windows 7 version doesn't work on Windows 8, therefore, the Windows 8 versions are called out specifically.
