I have two questions:
1) Is it possible to authorize the downloading of content with more than one email address?
2) My Adobe Digital Editions is refusing to allow me to download new content, even though it says it is already authorized. This started after I switched to a new computer. However, it says the device is authorized. So... how can this problem be solved?
Thank you.

I managed to sort out my second question, but I would like to know if there is a way to authorize more than one email address, so I can download materials that are linked to a different email address than the one already authorized.

With the normal way its not possible. You can try a new user to his Device and can for this authorize Digital Edition with a other Adobe ID.

Please explain to me the exact steps to do this. I realize it may be obvious to you, but I don't know what you mean by "the normal way" vs whatever you are proposing instead. There does not appear to be any menu option for "new user to this device" as far as I can tell, so how do I create it?

How can a new user can found under this steps: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/create-user-account#create-user-account=windows-7
Then you move to the user and can authorize Digital Edition with a other adobe ID.

You've got to be kidding! You're saying I'd have to sign out of my computer and create a whole new user identify just to use a different email address with the Digital Editions software? Frankly, this is more hassle than it's worth and if there's no other way to do it that's substantially easier, I will just find another e-reader.
Frankly, I think this situation is ridiculous and unbelievable.
