Hello,
I create new topic for each popup I need to have in my application. In the main page, I created Image map (link) to appropriated topic.
I'm able to previem my popup when I preview my topic, but after publishing, the popups don't appear on the Web. When I click on the popup, I have at the buttom of the page "Javascript:Void(0);"
Even if I chose "Display in auto-sizing popup" or " Display in custom sized-popup" it doesn't work. But the text will appear if I chose "Display in frame" .

The application I create was beginning three years ago. The popups created three years ago can be view in IE.

Someone can help me to understand the reason of why the popups don't appear?
Thanks!

Isn't this the same question that was asked yesterday over in this thread?

Hi there

Here's the thing. Normally, we like to see the same question asked in a single forum category. Most folks that are able to help are already looking at all the different forum categories. So asking the same question in more than a single category isn't likely to produce better results.

I had noticed a reply to your question in the other category, but upon looking, see it's more of an "This is happening to me too" sort of thing than an answer.

Hopefully one of us will soon have an answer for you on your issue. What version of RoboHelp are you using?

Cheers... Rick
