Copy not allowed??

Suddenly when I go to copy the downloaded library book onto my Kobo Reader I get the following message:CE_COPY_NOT_ALLOWED - No permission to copy the book.  I used the same method and library and library branch/system in December and had no problems...what is the solution?

Digital Edition and your Reader authorize with the same Adobe ID?

Both are authorised with the same ID but the problem still occurs...
