my old pc crashed & i bought a new one. the problem is that now i cant open my old library of digital editions on my new pc as it require authentication. when i enter my id & password it returns error.
how do i solve this

it says the Vendor account you entered is not associated with the item you are trying to open
Has you used the same Adobe ID as the first PCs?
yes it was. however i think when i fist authorised the account it might have been automatic
Has you authorize the first PC with your Adobe ID or has you used it without authorize?
