Hotspots Not Appearing in Presenter

Morning all

I am having an issue using the Hotspot quiz question.

When viewing the slide in PowerPoint, all the content is there but when viewing in Presenter, the content of each hotspot has vanished leaving only a  blank white square.

This is using Presenter 10, Powerpoint 2010 on Windows 7 PC.

Sorry to hear that you are facing this issue.

Could you please clarify more on the issue as it is not totally clear. Do you mean that published output of your project is not showing hotspot content?

Request you to please package your presentation and send it to me using drop box (zhussain@adobe.com)

Also please provide more details while sharing your project regarding the issue (like slide numbers and corresponding issue you encounter)

Note: You can package your project using the Package option present on the Presenter ribbon.

Yes that is correct. The published output is not showing the hotspot content. Please see the image below:

The issue is relating to slide number 37 in the presentation. Content is present during the build but on publication/preview of the slide, any text or images are not present. I have attached the packaged presentation and will also forward to your dropbox account as requested.
