Password problems

When trying to install flash player it asks to enter password it just shakes at me iv tried to reset my password but i don't receive an email, so i created a new account and password and still get this shaking when trying to install

It is YOUR computer asking for the administrator password to install a program. You would need to enter that in order to proceed with the installation. Your Adobe account has zero to do with this!
