Installing Flash Player on Windows 7 64 bit

I  can not get it installed Have been trying for weeks I download & save to Desktop.  I then restart my computer to be sure nothing is running

It gets to 66% and stops  What can I do  Have read many suggestions and nothing works PLEASE help me  I have IE 11 installed as my browser Thank You Terry

There is no need to post the same issue multiple times, especially when someone is assisting  you in your original post, Adobe Flash Player Installation on Windows 7 - 64 Bit.
