Move ADE to a new computer

I want to install ADE on a new computer. Therefor I copied the old 3.X ADE files to the new computer. I used the same folder name. When I installed the ADE4.X the programm told me that it has found some old files. The Program migrates the old files. After starting ADE 4.x a Windows apears withe the message "Loading Bibliothek". After that for a hour nothing happens.
How long does it take to load the Bibliothek?

Depends on how many files you have in it or whether it can read all the files correctly.
