    Getting Help With License Key -  How to Get Chat support?


      I am a support tech trying to move a CC 2014 suite for an end users desktop to a surface book we just acquired for him.  The end users Creative Cloud account does not show the products registered? When I try to register the software using one of the product  license keys,  I get a message telling me that serial number is in use by another computer.  Phone support would only tell me that the serial number did not come back registered to the account I used.  Support said It looked like a personal account that was not entitled to have phone support and they recommended Chat.  I just want to know who its registered to.  My thought is its a former employees personal account.  They are telling me its cancelled?  But the software still works on the desktop fine?


      I'm fine using Chat, but how the hell do I get chat support.  There seems to be no possible way to chat with anyone?
