Cannot save and check-in changes because of an exception I was getting regarding chalk.jpg

I was told to update my robohelp - checked, still couldn't save and check-in

tried to rollback - the chalk.jpg was deleted instead-- can save but not really check-in

manually added a chalk.jpg file again - got back where I started.

desperately need help!!!!

Which content management system are your using?

And which version of RoboHelp?

Also please elaborate a little about when you face this issue. Is it same while checking in any image or particularly with chalk.jpg?
