I can't authorize my computer

I bought a book online and I downloaded ADE and my book was not there so I tried adding it in the librairie but then they asked me to authorize my computer so I tried butI have  a message appears saying that ADE cant connect ... I have made sure I was connected, I tried again but the same message appears... How can I authorize my computer please!

If you are using a Mac computer press the Command +Shift +D command. Type in your password then deactivate your computer then reactivate your computer. This might help.
