new pages won't load properly on pc

when i try to read the book, new pages don't appear. if i close and open ADE the new page shows. this problem only exists on pc version. my ADE on tablet works fine. any ideas?

Do used which operating system?

it works fine on my android tablet but doesn't work on windows 7 pc

Closed Digital Edition.
Rename My Digital Edition folder in My Digital Ediiton.old under My Documents.

Then start Digital Edition new and download a eBook new.
