Adobe Digital Edition 3.0 use without internet?

Is it possible to either download Adobe Digital Edition 3.0 or copy the exe file from my computer internet connected to my notebook computer not internet connected as I only use my notebook for programs that are not internet required.  The reason being is that I would like to read on my notebook when not at home some books on my Adobe Library?

Installation should work but authorize of Digital Edition need Internet.
