& char causes issues on page if used in Name field of a page in AEM 6.1

Hi All,

& char causes issues on page if used in Name field of a page in AEM 6.1.

When I create a new page on vanilla instance and add a "&" char in the Name property/field then the resulting/created page is having issues.

Issues:

1. Page not loading properly
2. Page in not loading in edit mode which happens in other scenarios
3. Component list is not available.
4. Not able to get the page in other modes like design,developer etc.

Please Note: Other chars like *,% are being validated and not allowed to enter. This is missing for & char.
