Changing an activation

Hi: I am going to be working at home. I want to deactivate one of the two computers currently on my license. Then I need to activate another in place of that one. Where can I do that & I am currently working at home and cannot shut off anything at the office - if that's necessary. Hoping it all can be done from here.
