Two things, you have permissions issues. The link I gave should help.

Second, you need to update your After Effects to be version 11.0.4. Right now, it is just 11.0.0

Another question , I have a corporate license , how do I update the product? Download UPDATE SERVER SETUP update after update write error ! Can you help please ?!
