Had to reinstall overdrive on iPad now doesn't recognize Adobe id

i Had to uninstall and reinstall overdrive on my iPad.  Now I can't re download my library books because it says I have to have my original Adobe id authorized on my iPad.  It is authorized and the Adobe rep on chat says he can't help me.  Help!!!!
