Updating my Digital Adition

Recently when opening my Adobe Digital Edition I recieve a messege there is an software update for me, but when I press OK to update, Irecieve a second messege teling me to connect to the internet, BUT i'm connected.

So how can I update my software?

Check if you Security Software anything blocked.

Checked my security Software. nothing was blocked at the time I try to update.

I redone it after your remark to see if I missed something but nothing was blocked.

Have you try to add the program to sure programs?

Thanks a lot. it was blocked by the internet broser- Firefox.

anyway I updated the software by downloading the update for Adobe's site and the instaled it sepratly
