Flash Games Issue with adobe flash Player

hi guys

i am trying to play addicting games at https://sites.google.com/site/unblockedaddictinggames/ but some error appear. i try to fix it. i install adobe flash player but problem remain the same. i try some other sites but all have same problem such as PooFun.com and http://silvergames.com/ but all have same problem. what i do to solve this problem. i read much at google but all say that i need to install adobe flash play but after installation that problem remain the same.  any solution ? what i need to do. i reinstall windows ? or any thing else ?. see error below.
