Robohelp 2015 Multilevel list style

My multilevel list style for a Level 2 (or 3 or 4, etc.) reverts to Level 1 when I apply it to text. I create a Level 2 multilevel list style, click Apply, then OK. It displays in the list of styles I. But when I apply it to text it has the attributes of Level 1. What happened? Did I miss a step? Thanks...

When you apply the list style to text each paragraph will be at Level 1. you then indent once for Level 2, twice for Level 3 etc. Is that what you are missing?
