Which version of Lightroom do you have?
Which operating system : Windows or Mac?
Could you please share a screenshot of your Library module?
Does the tint appear once they are appeared?
Check if there is any preset applied at the time of import.
You are showing the import dialog. That's an indication that the files were imported previously, and are already in the catalog.
Jim, thanks very much for you answer. So, now when I enter Lightroom I need to click on Catalog?

Sorry, but I'm not understanding your question. In order to work with images in Lightroom is necessary to import them using the import screen that you displayed in your screenshot. After the files have been imported, you would most likely want to work in Develop module to work on the images and make any necessary adjustments. The only time you need to use that import screen is when you have new images that you want to add to the catalog. The catalog file opens automatically whenever you start Lightroom.
Got it. Thanks to everyone.
