Yes, I have tried to reload the file a number of times. I have even tried different versions of Adobe digital edition. Could it be something to do with my laptop? This problem started after my hard drive crashed and they had to reload a new hard drive.

Yes, I have been able to open this sample ebook. It is the books from my city library that I cannot open. I was able to open them before.
