    Why is my catalog connected to 2 drives after moving to a new computer, new external hard drive and updating from Premier Elements 9 to 14?


      I have been trying to move my catalog from Adobe Photoshop Organizer 9 to 14, successfully installed on a new computer with Windows 10. At the same time, I changed to a larger external hard drive. My catalog successfully backed up, recovered and installed. But when I disconnect either the old external hard drive, or the new one, organizer cannot find the file. What am I missing? Is there a file I need to move from my old external drive to the new one?  Does Adobe offer a chat link for this? I have been going in circles and they are not returning any emails. If anyone can help me, THANK YOU!
