Create a new conditional tag called say adhoc. Go to the
Topic List and select all the files, then right click, select
Properties and apply the tag to all topics. Then go to the topics
to be generated and remove the tag.
The build will exclude all the other topics when you create
the Build Expression, NOT adhoc.
Afterwards just reverse the process to remove the tag.
