What I mean is that I wish an installer for every one flash available that does not require (need) running as administrator to install.

This way if for example a man named Mack is at a Library and he is on the library's guest account on a computer at the library but he needs newest version of flash to play a game online

he can download the not needing to run as administrator newest version of flash and install it and then he can play the flash game he desires to play.

Thank you for your feedback, however, Flash Player saves files to, and writes to, elevated file system locations, as such Administrator rights are required to install.
