CS6 Photoshop is asking me to reinstall as Adobe Support files are missing. How do I reinstall on a mac when i only bought a downloadable version of CS6?
I see that for the said order number is registered to your Adobe ID & is active.

it does not register that I have CS6 (order number
C0283930588EDCA
When I download the file I get an invalid checksum error.
Any ideas.

I just looked at my Adobe Acct under Plans and Products and CS6 does not appear. CS6 was purchased as an educational item using my university email michael.clare@uoit.ca (#C0283930588EDCA) My CS4 acct shows but not the CS6. How do I update that on my account information?
