I am using Digital Editions

Its E_AUTH_USER_ALREADY_REGISTERED the complete error message?

Only "Unable to authorize this device"

First I had my Reader connected to my old computor that broke down, then I connected it to my husbands computor. But now I want it connected to my new computor.

Has you try to reset the Reader and authorize new?

I have reinstalled my Reader but I still get the same error code.

Took It away from my computor and installed it again.

What did you mean by reset??

Then check your Sony Reader how can set your device to default settings. Then authorize again with adobe ID and check if issue solved.
