CS4 license key

I have a site license for CS4 and my serial number is not working.  I have used it successfully in the past, but now it just comes up with a red cross and tells me it is invalid.  I tried chat support and i was told i need to come to the forums to get help.

I have got my code from the LWS website directly.

Hi garyr90289999,

The reason for the error could be the installer that you are using.

Please download the CS4 from LWS and then enter the serial number.

Also if possible  please let us know the Operating system you are using. It could also be a compatibility issue , please check the system requirement for CS4 here https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/system-requirements-cs4-point-products.html

The installer I had was downloaded from LWS, although i did have two available so I will try the other one  I'm using Windows 7 Pro 32bit..

It was the other installer and it has accepted the license key with the new download.  Thanks for your help.
