I ran a Search and Replace just to locate help files where the word "codec" appeared. I just clicked Find All and did not specify anything in "Replace With."
It found two files. I closed the Find and Replace Options dialog box, but the results window remains open. It is located on my second monitor and the top part of the window is off the screen so I can't click a Close button in the title bar -- if there is one.
I have closed and reopened the project, Exited RoboHelp and rebooted my workstation. The window remains opens. Not only in the project where I performed the search but in every RoboHelp project I have tried opening so far.
How do I get rid of this window?

Yes, that worked. Thank you so much. I switched to another workspace and the search window disappeared. I then organized the workspace the way I like it and saved it as my Preferred workspace. Thank you so much!

Can you click in the window to get the focus there? If so, hold down your Windows key (if on a pc) and then use the arrow key to move the window down or over so that you can close it.

Unfortunately, I don't believe that way cool trick will work on those pods.

Another thing to consider is if you work with RoboHelp maximized as I do, the pod you are trying to get out of the way may be actually covering the Workspace chooser button. If that's the case, you need to "Restore" by pressing Alt+Spacebar, then R to put RoboHelp into a resizable window.
In addition to that, you may find that even switching to a different workspace and back won't be sufficient. Because RoboHelp tends to remember the pod arrangement. So what you may find you ultimately need to do is to click that Workspace drop-down and choose "Default" to restore the pods back to the original placement.
Cheers... Rick
