Hello, I downloaded the newest flash player and out of 3 by 3 steps, it says its completed. However, I went to see a video but its says that I have to download the newest version of flash. Which I already done. I searched through the internet and figure out how to delete old flash files, etc. Still, not working.

I am working on mac 10.7.5 version

Hi,

Which browser are you using?

Please try the following:

  1. Download the uninstaller posted at https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/uninstall-flash-player-mac-os.html
  2. Download the offline installer for the browser(s) you are using, posted at the bottom of the Installation problems | Flash Player | Mac page in the 'Still having problems' section
  3. Exit out of all applications that may user Flash Player (e.g. browsers, etc).
    1. Be sure to EXIT the application, don't just close the application window
  4. Run the uninstaller downloaded in step 1
  5. After uninstallation completes, reboot the system
    1. In the Restart dialog window be sure the 'Reopen windows when logging back in' check-box is NOT selected
  6. After the system restarts, run the installer downloaded in step 2
  7. After installation completes, launch the browser corresponding with the installer used in step 6
  8. Navigate to Flash Player Help anc click the 'Check Now' button
  9. What are the results?  Post a screenshot (see How to post a screenshot in the forum)

Thank you.
