Hello!
I while ago I downloaded Adobe Digital Editions to be able to read books, I created adobe id and read books for a while, but then my computer brook, I took my computer to a person and fix it, but since I got my computer back I can log in adobe.com with my adobe id but I cant log in Adobe Digital Editions with my adobe id, some of the books I bought are English and are special links so I need to log in with my adobe id to be able to read them, I contacted adobe.com customer care and they told me to contact you for help!

Has you authoirze Digital Edition with the same Adobe ID as the first Download?

yes, but I still cant log in even thou I still have same adobe id that I crated from the start.

Which error message you get when you try to login?

When i am trying to log in it says, You can only authorize this computer with an Adobe ID that hasn't been previously used to authorize any other computer or mobile devices.
All this happened when my computer brook and after i fix it it doesn't work!

Windows:
Close all applications.
Choose Start > Run.
In the Open text box, type regedit and then press Enter. The Registry Editor opens.
In the left pane of the Registry Editor, locate the following registry key: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Adobe\Adept
Select the Adept key.
Choose File > Export.
In the Export Registry File dialog box, select Selected Branch under Export Range. Enter a name and location for the backup registry key, and then click Save.
Right-click the Adept key and choose Delete.
In the Confirm Key Delete dialog, click OK.
Close the Registry Editor.
Open Adobe Digital Editions and reauthorize.
Macintosh:
quit Adobe Digital Editions.
Navigate to /Users//Library/Application Support/Adobe/Digital Editions and drag the activation.dat file to the trash.

Open Adobe Digital Editions and reauthorize.
