Multiple versions of ActiveX Flash Player

We have multiple versions of ActiveX Flash Player from "Adobe Flash Player 10 ActiveX" to "Adobe Flash Player 20 ActiveX".  Will your update "flashplayer21ax_ra_install.exe" update all version to "21.0.0.182"?

Yes, that'll install the latest version.  Are you distributing Flash Player within your organization or personal use?

It is for an organization.

In that case, you don't want to use the online installer, which is the file you have.  Distribution within an organization requires a distribution license agreement.  For most use cases licensing is free.  You can apply for the distribution license at Adobe Flash Player Distribution | Adobe. The Flash Player Admin Guide also contains useful information for administering Flash Player.
