Topics don't appear in topic list

I imported several topics into RoboHelp and checked them into source control. Then, after trying to change the colour of a conditional build tag, RoboHelp crashed. Now, I have the topics in the project folder, source control and the root.fpj file, but they don't appear in the RoboHelp topic list.

Any help would be much appreciated.

I am using RoboHelp 6.

I deleted the .cpd file and that has fixed the problem.
