error E_ADEPT_NO_TOKEN trying to open a .acsm file

I have deauthorized/reauthorized after removing the .dat file that contains the data. I have reinstalled ade. I have tried another computer. I have tried three different browsers to download the . acsm file. I have tried to download from a different place but nothing help. It seems as the license server not is involved as I get the error msg even if I am not autorized.

A previously bought book will open without problems.

The trouble was that the .acsm file was corrupt. After a while is was downloaded correctly.
