E_LIC_ALREADY_FUFILLED_BY_ANOTHER_USER

Hi People,

I have a user here who is experiencing issues with using Digital Editions. When they are trying to launch an e-book they get the following message: E_LIC_ALREADY_FUFILLED_BY_ANOTHER_USER.

Whats funny is when I login as admin I am able to view this book however as the user I am unable to do so. I have followed troubleshooting steps provided by the link: Adobe Digital Edition Errors/Troubleshooting

But it did not make any difference. I have also had the book provider to have activation reset for the e-book which also did nothing. The funny thing is when i first downloaded it it managed to work on the user's profile

however after authorizing the software it just doesn't work. Can somebody please help?

I am having the same problem.  I can download on overdrive but I want to put the book on my Kobo.  What can I do?  i have tried uninstalling and then installing ADE.  I have a new computer and it wont even work on that.  I am very frustrated.

E_LIC_ALREADY_FUFILLED_BY_ANOTHER_USER. say that the eBook link with a other or empty authorize as your Adobe ID. Check if your Reader and Digital Edition authorize with the same  Adobe ID. If yes check if can open the eBook in Digital Edition before you move it to the reader.

Está claro que somos muchos los usuarios que tienen el mismo problema. Esto indica que se trata de Adobe que tiene que encontrar una solución y no tener clientes golpeando a un muro de incomprensión tecnológico difícil de entender.

I regret to say that I have lost confidence in Adobe. I also buy books e-book kindle and before the same problem with the computer Amazon itself has a solution.

I can you understand but its a problem when you not right work with your authorization. Adobe have no access to the eBooks itself and can not force the customer to used a adobe id. If the customer make mistake with the Adobe IDs than has a problem. Its a problem with the eBook itself. Adobe not sell the eBooks. The problem are the Seller of the eBooks which want that eBooks authoirze and can read only with the Adobe ID which has used by the first download.

Puede que Usted tenga razón, pero no soy consciente de haber cometido algún

error al iniciar el servicio con Adobe Digital Edition. De todas maneras no

tengo intención de buscar culpables, lo que quiero es leer los libros que

he comprado.

He vuelto a comprobar los pasos sugeridos en el forum. He comprobado el ID:

está correcto. El ordenador está debidamente autorizado. He vuelto a

descargar algunos libros del servidor de mis proveedores y sigo sin poder

abrirlos. Me he puesto en contacto con Google y allí me dicen que ellos no

pueden solucionar nada que es Adobe quien tiene que solucionar el problema.

¿Tendré que invocar a mi ángel de la guarda?... porque eso es lo único que

me queda por hacer.
