Weird swatch panel glitch

When I try to edit an existing CMYK swatch, the spot colour palette seems to load on top of CMYK sliders and I can't edit the CMYK swatch.  This started happening about a week ago out of the blue and it just won't go away.

I took a screen video to clarify, because when you read it like that it probably sounds ludicrous:

Anyone ever seen something like this? Let me just stress: PROCESS and CMYK colour mode is selected. But the panel shown is Pantone spot.

Anyone have any idea how to fix this other than um, reinstalling ID?

I'm using InDesign CS4 on OSX Snow Leopard.
