Video Cam RoboHelp X4.1

Running an old version of RoboHelp Explorer for Word X4.1. Using it on WindowsXP. When using the Software Videow Camera the Record button is grayed out. Any suggestions on how to activate this button. I can view sample video but cannot create my own video.

Hi wjc7 and welcome to the RH community.

This tool was a very erayl attempt to provide a video capture tool but has long since past its sell by date. To be honest it would be best to download the trial version of a tool like Captivate and use that. Captivate is the successor of this tool anyway.
