How to install Adobe Flash.

Hello Adobe!

I have tried repeatedly to install free Adobe Flash player with no success.  It takes me through steps 1 and 2 but won't go beyond.  It shows something like it's installing, like a blue "installation line" which looks like a horizontal blue circular straw going around and around but, in the end, it won't install the "flash player."  I have Windows.  i know nothing of "Creative Cloud."  Please advise.

Hi,

At step 2 the installer file has been downloaded to your computer.  You'll need to locate the file on your computer and double-click it to launch the installer.
