you have a GPU that is not supported by the ray-traced 3D renderer of After Effects. Here's a list of supported GPUs:
However: inside AE, go to Edit > Preferences > Previews and select 'GPU Information'. Check the box that says
"Enable untested, unsupported GPU for CUDA acceleration of ray-traced 3D render." and set "Ray-tracing to GPU

That message is only letting you know that one (obsolete) effect will not be accelerated by your current hardware setup.
This is no big deal. You can feel free to tick the box that says not to show that message anymore. The ray-traced renderer was an old way to create 3d geometry inside of After Effects. We have a much more powerful option now.
