Someone please help, I have exams coming up and digital editions is not responding. I can't view all my textbooks!

can someone please help and tell me what's wrong with adobe digital editions? I have problems with V 4.0. Updated it to 4.5 and all I see is a rainbow cursor. I have to force quit, reopnen it and then still having the same problem!.

Someone please help.

Closed Digital Edition.

Rename My Digital Edition folder under My Docuemnts in My Digital Edition.old.

Start again.

Go to file > Add to Library.
Then choose the File again.
