Hi have a Kobo ereader and have been using it and the Adobe Digital for about 8 months now.  The other day the Adobe Digital froze on my computer and I was unable to open or download books to my computer.  I had to uninstall and than reinstall  Now I can open the program but I am unable to download books as I get a message that states: "Error: check activation"  When I check the authorization information, it says that my computer is already authorized.  Spoke with tech help and they were unable to help me.  Any ideas?

Power off and re-start your computer.  Power off and re-start your e-reader.  (Possibly doing a paper clip reset if necessary)  Something froze in the middle of working, or maybe you added too many commands and the process couldn't finish.
